my new BBB's & runners

i have resently installed new BBB's and hand ported runners in to my 91+ sho but i took it for a spin and now around 5'900 to 6'000 it tends to choke almost like a rev limitter.What the fuc* happend any suguestions????????

sounds to me likethey are stuck SHUT.

This may sound dumb, but did you remove the "horns" before you installed the BBB's?

Had the same problem, it was a grounding problem. I didn't have one of the crossover tube bolts installed and tightened down good.

you did it it whas some kind of grounding problem the back bolt of the intake was not in all the way

what is the "horns"??????

The horns are inserted between the BBB's and the intake plenums. When you remove the BBB's, you can slide them off the studs. With the BBB's, they become a restriction and most remove them. They just look like extended runners going inside the intake plenum, which they are.
