What performance mods do you have done to the engine? And what engine is it?

I'd hate to be an ass but you claim you have a supercharger and a swap. I'm raising the bs flag until we see some engine pics.

That dash is not a 90.

Also, I'd cut back on the TV and buy a $25 basket weave

The paint is cool though

He put this post in the wrong section. Also, that does not look like a 90 dash, unless the SLOs kept the old dash in 90 & 91.

I know there is a guy on the TCCA boards who has a SC SLO. The 3.8 is "easy" to SC due to it sharing the same engine as the TBird SC. I believe he still had to replace the heads and some other integral parts with the SC versions, but I would guess it runs pretty well... but look out for the tranny! boink

BTW, I'm actually from Columbus, tho I go to school here in Cincinnati. I think your original post mentioned Columbus!

the cap is off cuzz i ran into a curb and blew the tires out on the passenger side , had other rims on it but never found the cap , the tv is in there for my daughter to watch her mickey mouse tapes and so on , the interior is outta a 89 taurus that i had ,the interior in the car before was all messed up so i ordered new carpet and changed everything out ,the tranny went out and i bought a new one its an automatic ,the motor is outta the other taurus it had or shall i say has 45,000 org miles on it and the rings and lifters were bad in the sho ,so i changed motors ,supercharger came outta scc thunderbird ,the 3.8 and 3.0 motor are pretty much the same ,the intake is same ,all ya really have to do is take the intake and supercharger off and put it on the other ,run new belts , its easier when the other car is there with you , ill take pics of it when i can ,its an m90 its for the 3.0-5.7 motors , theres also an m45 for 2.0-3.0 ad a m63 for the 2.5-4.0 you can get a supercharer from the scc or you can get a turbo from a 92 tempo turbo ,im thinking of doing a turbo and taking the supercharger off or do both and blow every ring and seal in the motor ,the kit is from erebuni no longer made ,,,, im in columbus , near easton ,,,, magnaflow fuel pump ,msd distributor ,champion plugs ,msd wires ,hypertech thersmostat ,jet powertech module ,b&m tork converter ,eibach springs (250.00 :() ,thats about it for now ,its got new injectors also , but i dont know what kind , i know the damn thing arent quiet though ,,,

I'm pretty sure it's a regular Taurus with the 3.8 engine, so it originally had the colum shifter.

hey, simma down nah! he never said it was a MTX, I checked like 5 times. As far as the intake swap goes, I don't see what's so hard to believe. Super Coupe used a charged Ford 3800, SLO used a N/A Ford 3800. Maybe I missed something along the way where he claimed that he had a MTX and also not a 3.8L engine. The guy obviously knows about some supercharger goodies.

Don't jump on people like that. Not everybody's out to prove a point online.

This a pic of Malvin's 1995 GL.

Another guy that goes by DMX recently dynoed his. With tuning issues, and really bad belt slip he still made 290 TQ at the wheels, and something like 210 hp at the wheels. He's working all the kinks out and it shoudl be a screamer when he's done.
