Working on a 3.2 swap. Both engines say 1993. 3.0 is tagged "DA 950 BA". 3.2 is tagged "DA 952 BA". Do i need to use the 3.0 harness in this case or are they the same?

If i remember right, the only differences between the harness is basically the low oil level connector which the 3.2 is a fair bit longer because the sensor is on the other side of the oil pan

That said, the connectors closest to the firewall, I've seen harnesses with both male ends and female ends there, so I would check those connectors first, and if those connectors are the same then it doesn't matter which you choose

iirc since the accessory layout is different, the wires on that end of the engine are different as well. And I would also recommend checking the pinout at the pcm, because iirc there are some pins that are located in different spots between atx/mtx.

I agree, the PCM pinout is different at a few pins. It may work and run with the ATX CCRM but you will have a check engine light? If you have it, i'd just swap it

If all you are doing is to put a 3.2 long block in an MTX, the only wiring difference, as Shaldaya says, is that the low oil level sender is on the front of the oil pan instead of the rear. Can't remember if the oil pans are the same, but you could offer up the 3.0 pan to see if it fits the 3.2 block. If not, simple matter of extending the wires. Other info on the swap here. Yes the 3.0 pan will fit on a 3.2 in a mtx car.
