I just picked up a good MTX to replace my blown tranny. I will be installing a new clucth, PP, TOB, replacing the fluid, and was wondering what else to do. I was thinking rear main seal. Anything I should do while I am in there to the tranny or engine?

Replace the seals on the tranny....at least all the ones you can get to from the outside. (axle seals & shift shaft seal) If you really want to do it right you'd open the tranny and replace the input shaft seal and possibly the blocking rings as well. Your preference of course. For sure do the rear main, even if it's not leaking, and you might want to inspect the boots on your axle shafts also. Check your endlinks as well. An ounce of prevention can save you some time in the future..... ;)

Rear main carrier gasket if its leaking - or for preventative maintanance even if its not.
