MTX and ATX driveline similarites/differences?

Other than the engine displacement and tranny (obviously) what are the differences in between the two cars, meaning after the tranny? Like is the MTX half shaft gonna be able to work with an ATX car's entire wheel assembly (cv joints, hub, etc.) because in another thread someone said something about different CV joints. Please advise...Thanks.

They use the same from the half shafts on...
With the MTX transaxle in place and solid shaft with a carrier bearing takes the extra space on the passenger side that the auto uses.
