Ok i know motor craft changed the part number on your plugs. And i bought a set and put them on my 95. And the silver bullet still has the old part # plugs in there. But i was looking at the plugs and they are different!! The tips of the new plugs are alot thiner and they come to a point. I was just wondering if any body has had any problems with them since they are different? Or am i wrong?

Thanks

I've put them in my buddies 89 and it's been running smooth without any ignition issues.

The new style "fine-wire" plugs are the recommended replacement for the double-platinums.

They have been the recommended plug for less than a year. Time will tell.

I have not heard of a single instance of negative feedback on any of the car or truck forums that I frequent.
