motor struts

im removing as many extras as possible from my sho since itll be a dedicated track car and was curious if the little struts that goto the motor mounts are really needed or not. anyone wanna chime in? also is there a benefit to upgrading either motor mount and which is best?

oh wow some one should have told me that i could remove those bugger when i installed my shosource mount lol would have same me some time

or can we replace them with somethign even stiffer like they put on honda!
