i just went to my local autoparts store... i believe it was autozone. it's been over a year since the swap and its holding up fine.

Since there are no aftermarket mounts available for the MTX that AutoZone could have sold you, it's kind of curious what you may have bought.

ATX mounts ARE available aftermarket.... but not MTX mounts.

Found mine on ebay...front one is reinforced. I bought it from an individual seller. The rear one seemed like it was a remanufactured unit...built in India. It (the rear one) came from Rock auto - you can find them on eBay.

actually i remember now. it was one of the online stores, fordpartsnetwork.com or something like that. i get almost everything else for that car at autozone.
