the rear one rarely wears out as fast as the front one, theyre easy to do without removing the subframe so id just do the front one... you do have to lower the SF a little, but atleast you dont have to remove it...
EDIT: oh and dont let the bolts out without support on the subframe IE. place a jack underneath the SF to raise the car, so the jacks are supporting the subframe and then let the bolts down... otherwise youre letting out the bolts with about 600 pounds pushing down on it and you will probably need new subframe bolts
