I was thinking the gen 1/2 hydraulic strut engine mount thing that hurt my brain when i saw it.

Not newer Gen SHO specific but in the older cars-- once oem ran dry and aftermarket quality didn't hold up --we had to get old oem mounts where the rubber and/or hyd fluid failed and modify them. Either to solid mounts or someone would make reinforced mounts with urethane or other rubber/polymer fill to try and meet the need for replacement mounts.
These cars last run aren't that old (although the early ones are getting up there) but they are orphaned again and the supply chain is still a mess. You may have to resort to encouraging more skilled members into producing similar products. There are certainly people with skill sets capable of giving it a shot.

Passenger side, I've only heard it called the motor mount. Ford part number AA5Z-6038-D.
It’s hydraulic. As far as I know nobody has an issue with it. All the transmission mounts suck though. There’s only upgrades available for the two lower transmission mounts. The top trans mount is also hydraulic and it sucks. The rubber bushing tears from lateral pressure. I had my top trans mount completely redone and my fab guy said a bunch of hydraulic fluid came out of it. Otherwise I didn’t know it was hydraulic.
There isn’t an upgraded motor mount. The OEM motor mount is hydraulic. There’s 3 transmission mounts, the lower two are upgradeable and aren’t hydraulic but have grease fittings, the 3rd transmission mount or (top) mount is hydraulic with a rubber isolator bushing that fails.
I replaced all 4, the motor mount, transmission mount, and both lower (front and rear) torsional mounts back in Feb. I still have excessive engine movement under hard acceleration, so much that the Anchor motor mount cut a rubber pad in two. This rubber pad was from the original motor mount. Once that happened it caused a banging sound, and you could see where the motor mount was hitting the bracket it was bolted to. I thought the Anchor mount was defective, returned it under their 12 month warranty and got a new one. During installation I left the cut in two rubber pad out, and on initial drive the banging was still there. I did my best to re-install the pad. This made the sound go to a dull thud but the hitting of the mount still caused a harsh vibration.
I will now get the upgraded torsional mounts to see if this will eliminate the engine movement. If it doesn't I guess I will continue to try different mount brands.

Another option would be replacing the pad and putting 3M Window Weld in the upper mounts.
Ok, since the transmission mount, motor mount, and both lower torsional mounts have been replaced, I'm concerned the engine isn't sitting "square". There seemed to be some engine movement, I could shift it around a little to align the bolts.
Is there a way "align" the engine before tightening the mount (both engine & transmission) bolts? Or a step 1, step 2, step 3, etc. type of procedure for tightening them?

None of the stuff I see in the service manual under Engine R&R or Mount R&R discusses any type of alignment or torque procedure.
