Motor Mount issue

So i ordered my rear motor mount from rockauto, i got it and when i pulled out the one in my car, i compared the 2 and the upper mounting holes are totally different. the numbers match up..i just dont know...

We have been unable to get motor mounts through anything but Ford-sourced outlets (i.e. Ford, SHO NUT, Performance Plus, etc.). That you have a 3.0L Vulcan motor mount would be my guess.

is the rubber weaker or can i just redrill the holes? and yes i would know what i am doing...i just need to know if the mount is weaker.
