Can I put my 3.2 motor from and MTX car into a car with ATX without too much trouble in terms of lining things up correctly??Thanks in advance for your feedback,

How do you know that your MTX has a 3.2?
The ATX cars were the only ones to come from the factory with a 3.2. MTX's came with a 3.0.
The blocks are the same, but front head and accessories are different.

Hi Doug, I don't... the MTX car is about 80 miles from here, and I'm sure has the 3.0 stock., but I could have it towed here AAA free and then I'd have all those lovely parts like the shroud for headlights I need and the hood I need without the deer crumple like mine,,,which is green and in very nice shape and other little things too. I'm thinking out loud about the engine swap...
Then I thought it might be fun to have one MTX and one ATX SHO. I could put it a timing belt over the summer myself I'm pretty sure.
I've done it about 6 times on other cars through my earlier years,
