I posted this a month or so ago and need an update. My headliner is rattling and I am pretty sure it is the moonroof supports. I was told by you folks when I posted last time that the supports probably came loose from the roof and they need to be re glued. The sliding glass panel still operates and fits perfectly, but when the car hits a bump it sounds like something is banging on the head liner. I am getting ready to remove the headliner and try to find the rattle. Does anyone know what kind of epoxy I need to glue up the supports? I only want to do this job once so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Really you can use just about any type of Silicone. I prefer the type used for caulking up windows. I've used just about everything including Liquid nails. Traditionally moonroof supports aren't glued, they are bolted in, but I could be mistaken with a factory SHO roof. You may find that it is something simple like a wiring harness came loose and is hitting the headliner as well. You've got the right idea though, the only true way to find out is pull that headliner outta the car. Just be careful when u do though, you may get hit in the head by something. :)
