MOOG HD springs ............any one got em ?

I seen a set of HD's @ RCM for a nice price ...............

I did the seacrh & there is alot of responce on the Cargo coils but nothin on the HD's . I would like to lower my SHO and I'm lookin for about 3/4 to an inch of room between the tire & fender on the front & 1- 1/2 on the rear . ( is that to low , will i face clearence issues ? )

I am also thinkin about manroe struts , will they work correctly @ that height ?

does any one have this type of set up ? LMK :corn:

How much of the spring would i have to cut to achieve that height ?

Or are HD"S a waste of $ :hpoop:

RCM is selling the cargo coils, which are the only springs that Moog makes for the Taurus. Whatever he calls them on his website or auctions is irrelavent, they are still cargo coils. A number of people have them. A number have had to cut a coil off the springs to get them to sit at a near-stock position.

If i read ur articale right , u said that monroe's were N-G @ a lower ride height ( more than 1 oil cut ) . And i ask why ? please forgive me for my lack of strut knowlage .

I am looking to cut 2 coils ( is that to much ? ) on the front and 1 on the rear . I would like it low ...... Has any one cut that much before and what does it look like , face anyt clearence issuse's ? ya think .........
