The Mobsteel version looks good. I like the de-emphasizing of the grill and that monster Ford emblem gone. The Ford emblem on the rear looks to be colour coordinated with the body colour, which is nice when it is so big. The side thing on the fender doesn't look better than the original, but it is no worse. I like the original wheels better.

I guess Brembo has a caliper bracket adaptor for the taurus spindles, or they have an in house machinest...

You beat me to it. I was just looking at this on Jalopnik. The Brembos look pretty nice, but not a huge fan of the wheels. They don't have any good clean shots of the front 3/4 view either, so it's hard to judge how the whole package looks.

They also said it has a Magnaflow cat-back system, so I assume a production one is in development?

Yes to the brakes/rotors. Pretty cool for the exhaust tips...The rest, pretty much disappoints. And that flat, bright bar across the back,WTF?!__The SHO should come with black badges all around, inside and out.

Man the sketch of this car looks so much better. The wheels are horrible. Brakes are cool. Not horrible but so much more potential. I can live with the air ride, but man the wheels ruin it. h

that look doesnt fit the sho at all, its not wide enough to have a body kit that big, and i second the wheels looking awful. it is nice to see the aftermarket world looking into the new one though

I like the design of the rear end with the integrated exhaust tips, but I do agree with tardboy that it just makes it even bigger... even though I like the look.

I'm torn on the wheels, not crazy about em but don't hate em either.

Don't care for the new front end much. Something looks unfinished.

Overall it looks ok, but I think someone could do better

I checked out their website when I first saw the previous Mobsteel thread. Thought they took those classic Continentals and ruined them. Not a big fan of of those kinds of wheels, I was hesitant about 20"ers on mine, but they're not bad. Ford should have done that with the Brembos, but I guess it would have ruined the sleeper look. Cross drilled rotors look cool too, but it's a cosmetic thing for me. I just can't get used to that new look that they do... guess I'm stuck in the 'ol muscle car days. I give the Mobsteel SHO two thumbs down.

I am loving the LCD screens in the head rest... specifically the angle at which they are mounted. By that I mean a passenger in the rear will not be seeing a decent picture at all!

Why do shops use black for their show cars? You can't make out any details at all; it just looks like one ********* blob under those harsh lights.
