You don't need to wait for money to transfer into your paypal account from your bank account. Just send it; paypal will AUTOMATICALLY pull the necessary funds from your bank account INSTANTLY. You could refund all these people right now, in less than 5 minutes.

Thats not completely true. I have two paypal accounts; one with a credit card on the account and one without. The one w/o the credit card will not to "instant transfers" you have to wait like 3-4 business days.

Ok, my bad... I've only used the upgraded account.

So then the million dollar question becomes this: Did any of Minnesho's customers pay via a credit card through paypal? If so, then he has the upgraded account with instant transfers.

Yes I think people have paid with credit card, then why would it still take 3-4 days? Regardless the refunds will be made in 72 hours like stated above. Its the best i can do at this point and i appreciate the patience, I will get it to you.

i dont want another part... i gave up on getting a part from you LONG ago. I just my money. I overdrafted my account twice because i had to buy the part elsewhere and i dont have a lot of money. So really, the $45 part i paid for cost me $165 (45 lost to you, 35 overdraft 35 overdraft and the 50 i paid to get the part from a RELIABLE source online who had it shipped to my door within 5 days of payment) Im not blaming you for the overdraft fees, my money is my money and I am responsible for it...



but you have some of it that you shouldn't... and i want it back.

I think you guys have gotten way too harsh. He screwed up or someone did, big deal. He's here and communicating with us, so he obviously isn't trying to rip anyone on their money. Mentioning is one thing, but starting a firiing squad when he actively posts about the issue is a bit over the hill IMO.

Oh well, do as you will, i suppose.

There will be major changes in my selling to prevent anything like this to happen again. All items will be shipped within a week of purchase and ALL items will have delivery confirmation AND insurance.
I do realise that I've made mistakes, and I don't want to try and put the blame on anything else, although I have had more than my fair share of post office problems. But I have also been slow myself, in not only shipping but in communication with buyers. I realise this was in the wrong, and will be working much harder to make sure future things go right. This is a great community and I value being a member of it, and I enjoy giving SHO advice and helping when I can.
I also want to apologise for any attitude i seemed to have given during this whole ordeal. it was out of line and i accept blame for it.

There are still a few pending shipments and those people know who they are, if there is anyone that i missed please PM me and we'll get it squared up ASAP. I'm also going to wait until we get more techs at work so I have more time to devote to my SHO part selling. Thank you, Aaron

It took alot of balls to sit here and take all this flaming minnesho. Although im NOT justifying your acts. Because honestly you shouldnt be parting cars if you dont have the time to pull/package/ship the items in a reasonable amount of time. But thats not my point, my point is, that even with all this flaming, and all the name calling, you stuck with it, and kept your word, even if it did take a little "encouragement".

You have a bit of a tarnished reputation when it comes to selling parts as of now, and its gonna take alot of work to get peoples trust back, but with some orders sent in a timely fasion, im sure you'll win most back over

I have lots of parts in my garage from previous SHOs that I have parted, but I usually only sell locally on shocago.com to prevent these kinds of long distance headaches.

I give props to Aaron for walking thru the fire and straitening everything out and making everyone happy/satisfied/un-screwed.

p.s. I don't even know what it means to give some one props, I just heard someone say it on tv. I keep picturing people getting the palm tree with the 3 coconuts on it from stage left as gifts.

For what it's worth....

I, too, had ordered parts from Minnesho, and encountered the same SNAFU as others. I chose to try to resolve the problem thru ***, and am happy to say that all issues are cleared up. I did receive a refund.

Would I want to deal with Minnesho again? Yes, I would. I believe in letting "bygones be bygones". Aaron seemed to be very sincere in his apology to me for the misunderstanding.
