You guys need to know if anything is shipped UPS to a house the driver can just drop packages on your door step, even if you ship it with a required signature they still can drop it on the door step and not get into trouble with UPS. That's why shipping Fedex is better, more expencive but it gets there. In many small cities through out the southern US UPS has unlisted phone numbers. It's not uncommon for someone to steal your shit off you door step when its been shipped UPS. If your using USPS always ship in insured mail and always over insure it. If the package is small enough ship it registered mail do so with a return receipt. Everyone who touches a registered package has to sign for it leaving a easy to track paper trail. The return receipt has to be signed by the receiving party and then dated by the postal worker handling the package at the time of delivery. :)

I find it very unlikely that half a dozen different packages going to different locations would get stolen or lost. I have personally shipped hundreds of items using UPS, USPS, FedEx and even truck shipping and I have never had a lost or stolen package.

depends on where you live actually , maybe in a area with more kids , having better chance to have your "dropped box at door" stolen before you get home from work.

First time i saw that i was like WTF they let the pack there.....it had computer stuff in there (tigerdirect.com)

I have yet to recieve any contact from minnesho and plan on escalating my paypal claim against him for the part that was not delivered.

Pm's apparently do nothing.

BTW i have been pm-ing people who post in his thread warning them against buying from minnesho. I suggest others do the same since there is little else that can be done.

You guys caught me. My plan is to ruin my rep here by ripping people off $25 or $45 at a time . LOL! it is funny thought how no one ever makes a post when they have a good transaction. and yeah, i hightly doubt kids stole the 4 or so packages that were shipped and never showed. Seriously now people...

hey mate...i told you i was going to leave you positive feedback when i got my part in. I wasn't gonna dog you at all. If you do good business, i would share my success with you with others on here. But you dont. And its not just me that feels that way. Who are you to determine what another persons money is worth? More than our money you have wasted our time. You have been difficult to work with and very unresponsive to people trying to get what is theirs back. Regardless of if it was your plan or not, I hope people see your actions and how you do business and see your reputation as tarnished... 25 dollars at a time.

So what's the threshold of how much you can rip someone off before they should care? More than $25? To me it's anything >0.

Had to look this up to see just how long it took you when I had the same problem:

http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?t=56525

I sent you money in October of last year, I gave you the benefit of the doubt and several chances and so didn't post until January to warn people off after you never shipped the item. After even more reminders from me and repeated promises from you I didn't get a refund until the end of July this year. That's nine months to resolution.

And now there's a number of other people complaining about the same problem. This section is called the Hall of Fame or Shame and you don't have to look through the topics very far at all to see that people sometimes do make a post when things go well. If you want that kind of attention you have to earn it. Of course, you have to earn the sort of attention you're getting now, too, it's just not good.

I think your rep has already been established.

SO HERE'S THE SCOOP WHINERS. Either you get your item or it didnt come and I refund you. I may not be able to do it the exact second you want it done but i'm going to get id done because i'm not here to build up over a year of a member ship to rip someone off for such a small amount sheesh. I know that ANY amount is still stealing , but if your item dosent SHOw I'm willing to refund regardless if i sent it and it was lost/damaged/stolen or if it wasnt shipped and you just want a refund. it might take a little time, or in shoaz's case a little extreme but it will get taken care of. Sometimes it seems like people have nothing better to do than **** and moan. sorry i got a job that demands most of my time and that this forum comes second hand LOL, but really now.

Ok, so you're not stealing from people but instead forcing them to give you an interest-free loan under false pretenses? That must make it all OK then. :nut:

You need to put your attitude in check and get square with the people from whom you've stolen ASAP. No more time for ******** excuses about the boogey man stealing your packages or not having enough time. Every time someone fails to follow-through and ship items they've been paid for, they blame everyone but themselves. It's always the post office's or UPS's fault. Even if the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier lost a full 20% of all packages entrusted to them, four of the five people you've ripped off here would still have received their packages. Of course that doesn't really apply to packages that were surely never shipped.

Shit happens to everyone and sometimes things fall through the crack. No big deal usually, but be a man and tell the truth and make it right -- and certainly don't attack the people whose money you have stolen. The "I shipped your item, it must have been lost or stolen" excuses have really worn thin.

You've got what, 5 people here that you owe something to? Spend 5 minutes per person TODAY (that's 25 minutes total for the mathmatically challenged) on either packing and shipping their item or sending them a refund. Do it today, and get it done and over with.

In the time you spent reading this thread and typing your lies -- I mean, responses -- you could have signed into PayPal and payed everyone back.

For those of you tired of BS excuses and lies, give him say 72 hours to get square with you one way or the other, and if he doesn't, call the local police department where this shyster lives and file a larceny/theft report with them. Nothing like the threat of a criminal record and destroying someone's credit over $45 to get some cooperation.

FYI, i have resent jello slug his stuff, as for the rad fan assm, I DON"T HAVE ANOTHER ONE TO SHIP, besides at this point i think he'd rather have a refund so i'll tell you what i told him i'm waiting for $ to transfer back from my bank account to paypal to refund the 4 or so people that still havent got their stuff. Its funny how the many other people who HAVE gotten their items from me never mention it, but people who don't get something are so quick to accuse. I guess i'm a shyster AND the boogeyman. :nut:

There are plenty of people who receive positive feedback here. Josh (SHONUT) constantly gets a thumbs up here.

Chris is right, shit comes up in peoples lives. Still, not an excuse. Especially when you have time to go searching ebay and make a thread here about someones "***" hood. And to come here and respond to your negative feedback with an attitude, insulting the people who want to know where their stuff or money is. Calling someone who you owe parts or money a "whiner" does not get you a good reputation. Reputations are like credit, they take a long time to get good and a short time to go down the *******.

I have a full time day job and do parts for NESHO part time. Sometimes it takes me a while to respond to someones request. But once it gets going, and they have sent money, that package gets out within a day or so. I will run to ship something on my lunch break at work.

Here is what strikes me as odd...you are waiting for your bank to transfer funds into your paypal account. Good business practice tip for you. A transaction is not complete until your customer is sastified. Meaning they received their item, in the cndition promised. Then, and ONLY then, should you withdraw the money they sent you. Be it paypal, be it cash, anything. That money should stay on reserve in case of a needed refund until the transaction is complete.

Coming here complaining that people are "whining" and trying to protect your "good" reputation makes you look worse. Spend the time resolving the issues.

You don't need to wait for money to transfer into your paypal account from your bank account. Just send it; paypal will AUTOMATICALLY pull the necessary funds from your bank account INSTANTLY. You could refund all these people right now, in less than 5 minutes.

I've been an ebay seller since 1998 and I've shipped packages all over the world. Never once have I had a package come up missing, not even the vintage Laser Tag toys I send USPS surface to Australia. Not saying it doesn't happen, but it doesn't happen often.

The people you've serviced honestly have absolutely NO bearing on those whom you've not serviced at all. You're trying to justify your bad transactions by shifting attention to your good ones, and the fact is there is NO justification for such actions. 1000 good transactions do not make 1 bad transaction any better. That's how business works, **** that's how LIFE works. I thought that was common sense

Having no time= NO excuse. If you don't have the time to handle this, then you shouldn't be offering items for sale and accepting people's money. And the fact that you had a similar, documented case with Eric a year ago indicates this isn't some recent development.

However honest your intentions may have been in the begining, you now have problems that need to be addressed. An honest person will address them respectfully and honestly. A "shyster" will list excuses, twist the facts, draw attention away from the real problem and lie when necessary. As to where you fall, I encourage everyone to scroll through this thread and decide for themselves based on the posts made here by both sides.
