No cage. The Texas Mile in OCT does not require a cage unless you go over 190, and I will be well short of that speed, so we will see soon enough how fast she is in the mile!

Ah. Cool! I hope you are able to run it then. Would be neat to see what she does.

That would be a great honeymoon, in Mark N style!

And if I truly do have to deal with the V in Seattle (bigjim), I hope I can fit a FORD GT (or some similar supercar) up my sleeve, as that is what I will need to keep in front of him!

But seriously, I hope to have the new turbo SHO up an running by then. It will actually not be a great turbo for road course work, but it is going for high HP honors mainly, and it should be able to come through in that respect.

So you're approved to 190 with just a stock car?

Hmmm. That would be a fun trip, got a link?

Be like qualifying for a restrictor plate NASCAR race, ie no talent, just stand on the wood and enjoy the scenery :)

my roommate in college lived in Elizabeth city, and I've been there a few times. you got some of the flattest straight roads this side of texas, so I'd stay home, mark you out a mile and go for it.
