Has anyone engine swapped a 2nd gen mtx with any other fwd mtx set up?
Thinking about doing a honda K swap with a 6speed, (also doing this for longevity of parts availability, and the cheapness of go fast parts).
P.S. yes I know Zach with blue turd has made a drag car with custom built motor and trans set-up.

I don't think anyone will get personally offended by the question, I think that most people will just wonder why a Taurus if not the Yamaha

Motor cost way more to get more power from and the trans is not worth putting money into.
And I am a ford fan and have loved the look and drive of the regular taurus

Pretty sure no one here has swapped anything Into a taurus
Plenty of people have swapped the engine out of one though

Let us know how it goes, i am curious to see it done myself

If you want a honda you're better off putting it it in a honda. If you want a taurus you're better off with a ford engine. Everyone with an SHO obviously doesn’t mind some crossbreeding.
