Hey guys, need some assistance here. For those who have seen my V, I'd hope you'd agree that there is little that needs to be changed especially look-wise.

But, I did want to see if there was anyone in the Northeast that did small jobs in metal plating. The wheels I used to have on my Accord were a sort of "black chrome" that still had a good shine although with a black tint, was a little darker. I wanted to plate the two front grills of the V to make it match the otherwise black car. The wheels are silver and the only other chrome on the car is in the badges.

Anybody know any places that will do small jobs???

James, there are tons of electroplaters here in MA. Are you looking to plate or powdercoat / anodize?

I know we've Black Chromed parts at work, and I could check who we've done that with before on Tuesday if you want. (Please send me a reminder email during the day Tuesday so I see it then if you want me to follow up).

Also... Shipping Address for your "All Ford, All Years" Runner-Up Award? :)

There is a place that was in Woburn last time I used them about 3 years ago, called IIRC "Custom Coatings" and did everything from powder, to chrome, you name it. Catered to the bike crowd, so they did a lot of tiny pieces parts. I bet if you stop by Kelly's in town they can point you to a couple places that might suit your needs perfectly.

There is also a good powdercoating shop in Attleboro, MA here called Bells Powdercoating, if that is what you are looking to have done...
