Did anyone put a McNally 16 oz dual valve CC in their SHO? If you did, where did you mount it? I have a 2015 and could only find one spot by coolant reservoir on a ground strap screw. After I installed it hood would not close.

Ok Thank you. I tryed to attach it to that grounding screw an then my hood would not close completely. Did you drill into your turbo intakes on yours?
You like your 2015 so far? I got the LMS 3bar 93 performance tune on mine with 160*TStat
LMS does not recommend catch cans.

I did not drill into anything. I did however use a heat gun to remove the factory connectors from the PCV hoses.

Did your run the clean side separator to air box orput the filter on the end and vent it to atmosphere?

I ran the clean side to the front valve cover. The oil breather runs to the factory intake. I removed the engine cover so you can see.

Sorry, you said clean side to front valve cover? That mean you ran the clean side pcv to the hose on the dirty side, then to the center inlet on the can?

No. From the previous pic. The clean side of the can is on the right. I ran that to the front valve cover. the dirty side is the back of the motor.

The catch can prevents most of the un burnt fuel and oil (vapor) recirculating back into the intake system. Mainly protecting your intercooler from pooling unwanted crap. All the stuff seems to collect at the lowest part of the system.

Livernois does not recommend using them. I actually sent mine back and returned it to stock.

I did not know that. Iv'e only had my car less than 2 years. I don't know that much yet other than what I read on these forums. I don't know what LMS's reason is for that. I have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past and never asked about a catch can. At this point I don't understand what harm it could cause though? Kind of like a cold air intake? Putting one on is cool, but does nothing.

Livernois does not recommended, sell or even use catch cans on any of their builds. They said that catch cans will affect your closed loop pcv system and can cause blown seals and engine failures. Just use quality full synthetic oil and top their gasoline.
