Just got a call from Huntervf and Ravnwng. They are stranded right off I-94 at exit 138 ( US 127). SHO is DOA and they elected to stay the night at the Super 8 Motel (Yea, life is tough).

I was asked to post on their behalf to say that they would really appreciate any of you Detroit/Dearborn guys who are headed out to Kzoo for the Breakfast meet in the morning to perhaps stop by to pick them up.

Arrangments for the SHO getting back to Ypsi have been made. Operdot will be picking up the car on the way back to the east side of the state after your breakfast meeting; Give Them a call at and let them know if you able to help. Chris even said he didnt care if he got a call at 4 am if it meant he could catch a ride with someone....heck lets let him sleep in a bit...call at 4:05.

The hotel is right off exit 138 and is visible from the ramp.

SHOPERFI...that is all.

I'm pretty sure Mario (silverknight) is going to the breakfast. I'll PM you his number and perhaps you can relay that to Chris in the morning. I'm surprised, I figured he would have tried calling him anyways.

I would, but unfortunately I'm not going to the breakfast, nor do I think I'll even be awake most of the day since I have to work later.

Back in Michigan ... again.
Tom, THANKS a bunch for the wheelwork. Just let me know when you want that detail work :thumb:

Bill & ...., what can be said about those guys? They are SHO saviors

As for my 93 ATX... it remains one of the nicest SHOs I've owned... completely rust-free, bright red on black interior, strong 3.2. I'm still in a bit of shock over this tranny problem; it was working 100% with no indications of problems up to this point. I have a thread in the troubleshooting forum about it all, read it here:

Thanks to everyone else who helped out! What was supposed to be a day trip to the 'zoo turned into a two-day ordeal that didn't end until 9pm last night. Suffice to say, Michelle and I got home and proceeded to drink ourselves into unconsciousness :bonk:

Now to figure out how to get it back on the road
