Yea, I've been driving the catless, muffler-less, 300hp 12mpg beast for a few weeks now while I wait for my new parts to come in.

I'd drive up to Nebraska with it but I really cannot afford 4+ tanks of fuel just for the trip up and back... Not counting the constant burn outs and 6000 rpm cruising. :laugh_ti:

So we are 2 days away.. What are the plans all? Do we want to meet up friday night. People who live in KC can crash at my place. Chris, your welcome to as well. Jason, i figure you'll want to stay at home with the wife and kid! Ill see if i can borrow my friends 360 so we can play some online. I just have an xbox so its lame. We can get up early on saturday and wash the SHO's. I think the red SHO is going tonight so chris. I say just drive yous and keep it under 2500RPM in 5th.. And then we can head over there sometime around 1 or so and spend a couple hours there looking at some cars. Relaxing and laugh at people drooling over Jason' SHO.

Money > Dealing with TWO SHO's.

I'm replacing a leaking high side A/C line this week, we are in the HVAC section in class.

If anyone has a leaking A/C line, the NAPA in Crete can replace the rubber hose section, and install new clamp couplers for abour $25 a line.

what the **** did you do to blow up the battery?

Also, you need to take some baking soda(sodium bicarbonate aka NaHCO3) and water mixed to neutralize the acid or it will eat through and corrode anything that it touches. neutralization reactions are pretty sweet to watch too.

my SHO will stay home. My dad asked what my plans were for sat. and I go, "car show." He gave me a funny look and i told him that mine wasn't going. He then joked that it would require a trailer.

I got the rest of my order from RCM today. brakes are gonna slide back to june since the Group Buy for the cat back may happen...

that would be corrosion caused by acid vapors. it's still acidic and needs to be neutralized to prevent it from eating whatever it's on.

the main reason it's staying home is that I have never been out of first gear and the distance I've driven a stick is best measured in yards... Not having an exhaust and a broken speedo cable is icing on the cake.

PT, oil change in the Jeep and nap time... for once in months I don't have a color guard practice, football practice to film, or a change of command. I will be out cold for a couple hours after I get back from my oil change...
