A new master cylinder will not help the fact you do not have brake peddles.

Well what else could it be ? I just replaced the brake lines

Pretty sure he's messin with ya, for a few reasons:

-It's pedals, not "peddles."
-You probably meant the pedal goes to the floor with no resistance.... but you said it has no pedals. Literally speaking, it isn't going to stop without a brake pedal... ;)

"BEAUDEEN" had a great thread on this forum where there were pictures of the brake tube bundle from the master cylinder back to the rear of the car.
There are a lot of brake tubes running from the master cylinder to that ABS controller that is mounted on the frame rail on the drivers side near the cowl.
I will bet you did not replace those lines as it is hard to tell they are even there.
SHO Nut Performance sells the entire tube bundle in Stainless Steel, and you can buy the lines individually as well.
It is a slow job removing the master cylinder due to the brake line fittings being in odd locations, but just remember if you have to destroy a line getting it out, you can buy that line new.
