maf sensor

Hey there... have a quick question about maf sensors. My rides a 92 MTX which is suppose to have a F1ZZ sensor but have found only F1ZF sensors to use. Fuel economy seems a little down, do you think the incorrect sensor makes a difference?

Why not clean the one you have? 98% of the time that's what is wrong with mafs

Well the maf has been cleaned with maf cleaner. There's 1 little sensor that's not hooked up (the wire broke). It's a sensor that's on the back side on the engine near the driver's side,(not the coolant area about 7 inches towards the middle & 9 inches down) any thoughts what this sensor might be?
