Has anyone tried this stuff in the MTX? I am refilling it with castrol synthetic ATF and I want to put a litre of this stuff in it along with 2 litres of the castrol. Any Suggestions?

That's because the Lucas is as thick as molassas. It was filling the excessive gap between the crank journals and the rod bearings with molecules of extraordinary size compared to those in the ordinary motor oil.SHOfun 93:
I tried the Lucas Oil stabilizer and noticed that my rod bearing knock went away, and went I went back to straight Castrol it came back. Stuff for thought.... shrug
if i recall correctly, no, just add it right on top, but ill take a look in the morning to double check.wood_e:
would one have to drain out some tranny fluid before adding the transmission stabilizer if the fluid is full?
ill tell you for a fact yes they do, because i added mine in march and it was very thick after sitting in my garage. when i added some again in may it was not nearly as thick.haydenm315:
