Lpm install

I was just curious on where an lpm connects to the x2j. i looked inside my glove compartment and saw my computer but did not see any connectors, do i have to remove my computer in order to put one in?

The computer remains in place. The chip (which one do you have) plugs into the back of the computer that you see from the glove box. I have instructions for the Ted B. Lpm but I'm on travel now so don't have access to it until I return at the end of the week. I imagine someone else will chime in though. There are some reset procedures, etc.

You need to remove the PCM from under the dash and peel off the sticker coving the service port. The LPM will plug into the service port. Be sure to clean off all the white grease before you connect the LPM. Use some cardboard like I have on mine to help keep it level/flush and be sure to tape it down. They don't stay too secure so you want to make sure it doesn't pop off while driving.
