When the car is lowered, doesn't this have a negative effect on the half-shaft angle - aren't they supposed to operate near horizontal? Do lowered cars have less CV joint life or more noise, or is it acceptable to run them at angles??
I'd like to know as I will probably make a tube frame and will need to know how low I can safely go without causing half-shaft problems. I can position the struts anywhere so the alignment problem isn't an issue for me.
