What is the best way to lower the rear of the subframe in order to access the sway bar bushings?

What is the best way to lower the subframe in order to replace the subframe bushings? Should I purchase new subframe bolts? Should I opt for GenII or GenIII bushings for my 95 ATX?

half-way there, I think.
Best bet is to use a floor jack to support the rear of the subframe. Loosen the rear bolts, but don't remove them (Back them out about an 1" or so) You will probably have to use a wrench to get to the bolts for the sway bar.
