Anyone know if there’s a way to lower your SHO, but not as low as H&R springs? Some height between lowering springs and the way it is now with stock suspension? I just feel like where I’m from, the lowering sounds are just a tad too low.

Coil overs the only way to go?

Coilovers would be your best bet.

I found the H&R Sport spring set for my 2019 SHO. Does anyone know how much these lower the car? I was also looking for a spring/coil-over set but the H&R package apparently doesn't fit the SHO. Any other suggestions for coil-overs?

Last I recall (& I don't believe that H&R's changed their product specs over the years) that they lower the car as follows:

1.6" drop in the front.
1.4" drop in the rear.

As much as H&R's improved my SHO over stock, the Megan Racing coil overs were THAT MUCH more of an improvement over the H&R's.

Now MR now longer makes the 32 way (red) adjustable set I currently have on my SHO, but their 15 way (blue) set is just as impressive as the red's, but with less adjustment capabilities.

I've also heard BC Racing makes a decent set of coil overs as well. Which may be another option to consider.

Either way, be sure to toggle in the Ford Flex model on any of these vendor's sites when searching product. Although they may not list anything SHO specific, the FLEX utilizes the same set up as our platform.

In closing, not sure what other products may have come to the table from what I've described above, as I continue patiently waiting on my re-build to be completed. But hopefully others will chime in with suggestions in kind.

Hey, bpd, thanks for that detailed post! If the Megan Racing coils are that improved over the H&Rs, then those are the ones for me! Pretty reasonably priced at $799. The Megan springs appear to lower the car a fair amount from their site photo. Unfortunately, they are currently out-of-stock.

Thanks for the tip on the Flex search. So the Flex has the identical fitment specs for suspension as the SHO? Is this also applicable to front/rear anti-sway bars? Any recommendations for those?

Okay, I just checked the BC Racing sets. They only make sets for the Flex. They have a pretty bad-ass looking suspension kit for $1,395 (though it shows "out-of-stock," it appears they simply build-to-order). Would this actually fit a 2019 SHO?
