The acorn nut is removed w/ a normal wrench, and the bottom of the plastic trim rotates outward to allow the trim to lift off the track. It appears that it has come off the track at the front, so it just needs to be lifted up, slipped back over the track, and then reattached at the bottom.

There are five (5) acorn nuts and one small phillips-head screw about 7-8" above the aft most acorn nut on the door. All you need is a 10mm socket and #2 phillips screwdriver - use a 6-point socket for the acorn nuts and make sure the socket is fully seated.

Once you've removed the acorn nuts and screw, with the door closed, work from bottom right to bottom left. Carefully work the bottom edge of the cladding outward, until you get the mounting clip studs that the acorn nuts hold to clear the door panel. Then carefully work the panel upward until it clears the four long black mounting upper clips.

To help prevent/minimize scratching the paint, wash the door and cladding panel of all dirt and grime like road tar.
