I was wondering if there is a way to lower the temp at which the fans kick in. Does anyone know what the stock setting is for this? I have a 93 atx thanks for the help in advance

it is programmed into the EEC.
So you either need some kind of chip, or a stand-alone cooling fan/thermostat setup.
