I'm driving down the highway yesturday, I-100, and there is a huge downslope, I pushed in my clutch to glide down the hill to save what I can on gas :thumb: What was wierd is that the rpm's hovered around 500-700, then went to 0! The car obviously stalled itself and I had to turn the key again...This ended up happened a few times throughout the night.

Today, I realize that my idle jumps around, one minute it will be at 1500 and the next it's at 1k, and every once in a while it drops to 500 where the car rattles but it corrects itself. I've been told it was the idle air controller, but he wasn't sure.

Should I replace the IAC? Clean it out? **** it? What?!?!

An ASAP answer would be highly appriciated!!!!
