I've been getting a low coolant light on and off recently.
The problem is the coolant isn't low.
There are no leaks and I'm not adding coolant.
Does the level sensor go bad or what?

Unplug the sensor and see if the warning light goes away.

If it does, remove the sensor from the reservoir and clean it. They get crudded up and no longer function.
