gd8boltman,
Try SHO NUT, fordpartsonline, fordparts.net, and/or do a google search using "Ford parts".
Are these pre-formed rubber hoses, or are they metal lines. Metal lines can be fabricated easily with a cheap tube bender and flaring tool from Harbor Freight. The fasteners should be available from a local auto parts store, or a hardware store. Or you could use your old fasteners if they are in good shape.
If the lines are pre-formed rubber hose you could form the bends with steel tubing, or copper, of a size that fits in the inside diameter of the new straight hose. Then clamp the connections.
It may not be pretty, but it will work.
Did the ford dealer do a search throughout the country for the parts? They can do this if they want to. That way if a Ford warehouse, or a dealer, has the parts they can have them shipped to you or the dealership.
The fact that the part is obsolete does not mean that the part no longer exists, it means that the part is no longer being made for Ford, nor being distributed through the Ford dealerships. rangerj
