Bought the car used, no rear spoiler. Any thoughts other than stealing from a junker?

Thanks,

His ride looks great, but a little on the flashy side for me. I was looking for the stock size or similar spoiler.

For what it's worth, the 92's didn't come with a spoiler.

Just so you know...

I figured as much, but still want to know there is an aftermarket location or is it best to search the junk yards? (I really hate that idea!)

You can go to junkyarddog.com and put in the request. You'll get e-mail replies from the yards that have one with the prices.

Thanks all for the links to e-bay and other locations. Yeah, for that "buy it now" price, i'll search the yards on the net or locally. Who know's maybe they are desparate.

Did some more searching on the net. www.directpart.com has spoilers for all Gen SHO's, even painted for and extra $100, and other stuff like rebuilds of electronic heater controls, clutch kits etc...

The price for the stock spoiler without stop light is $163 and change, with the stop light its around $189. This is primed only. Add $100 painted. Not a bad deal for a new part.

Why eould you want to do that? That's what makes the 92s special, adds a little character. For $300 you could get SFC and STBs, or an 80mm MAF and a Ted B. LPM, or UDPs or etc.

I could think of a lot ways I'd rather spend $300 on the SHO, but that's me. To each his own I guess.

Believe me, the performace mods are coming first. Looks are last in my plan, and I realize this makes the 92 unique, but I like the look of the spoiler so it's in the works.

The spoiler is a must... It's one of my favorite things I've done to the car.

I love the look of the spoiler on usmcloady's 92. Does anyone know where I can get one? Is it off a different make of car or something?

Thanks
