Looking for input on swapping atx 3.2 into mtx car

i can get a 93 mtx sho in great shape with new racing clutch but it has a blown rod in the motor and my atx just blew the tranny. so i was thinking he will sell me this car for $700 how much more would it cost me to swap my motor into this car and what needs to be done. thanks in advance
