So I locked my keys in my car and the car doesn't have a battery in it for keyless or keypad entry... Does anyone know if there is some sort of constant power supply in the trunk I can hook up a battery to in order to get some power to the door locks for the keypad?

If you can fish a peice of wire around the latch for the hood it is possible to pop it that way. Or..... maybe try to get some jumper cables... and see if you cant get up underneath the front. I know my cables hang down pretty far with the battery out, and I would imagine you could reach up there and find em...

That being said... I would only put the negative end on the car's negative clamp... as you might get a bad arc if the positive were to touch the frame of anything around there.... so then... you would have to put power on the positive wire... for that I would say put your positive jumper cable on the stud on the starter, and have someone push that code in for ya.

Hope that makes sence...

And Bill..... thats something I'm going to have to try... :)

Screwdriver trick is ridiculously easy once you get the knack of it. Works best on the rear doors, just stick it in and feel around for the lock actuator, once you find it you can see which way to push it by watching the lock through the window.

Door handle does need to be almost all the way down, if you have it lifted up it'll stop you from unlocking it.

OR

If you have access to the trunk, you can easily pop the locks. Unplug the RKE module, and hook a battery up to the wires that unlock all the doors. I believe the wires you are looking for are the thick Pink/Orange and Pink/Black.

Out in front!
small black box left side of the trunk I think. It should have the code on it with a barcode.
