Can you send a link? Be nice to know what mods he had, mileage, etc.

Believe they do. Just need to call them to get the package as it is not on the website. Curious on the price as well cause by the end of the month this tune thing is happening.

They have a good rep in truck world but as SM105K mentions that is a different animal. The transverse 3.5EB is not the same, different turbos, internals, transmissions, and the transverse motor does not have variable cam timing on both banks like at least the newer truck motors do. Personally I would stick to a tuner that has more experience with them. I left LMS for Gearhead and am very happy.
I also left LMS for Gearhead. I was convinced that the V 11 tune was going to blow my motor or transmission. Too bad because up until the V 11 I was happy with LMS

Got hesitation shifting 4-5 WoT on a perfect day. Rarely do I open it up that much but that shocked me. Still waiting on response from lms.

Add me to the list of previous Livernois tuned cars. I installed their tune last summer and was happy until the weather started to get cooler. The first time I had the hesitation issue I immediately feared the worst. Transmission/PTU/Torque Converter starting to shit the bed. I babied the car for awhile and couldn't reproduce the problem until I stomped the go fast pedal. Did some research and saw all the other people having the same issues. Turns out it was the tune and NOT $4-6k worth of problems.

Whew, bought a GH tune and the car has been running 100% ever since. I'm still using stock t-stat and plugs as well.

Seemingly more the case. Just bizarre because LMS was the safe reliable choice hands down when I was researching. Now not so much. Trying to give them the opportunity to fix it, but still waiting on them to respond. Hate to spend the money for a new device and tune but thats a lot cheaper than a new engine.

Just loaded the GH tune today and seems similar to the v11 "performance shift'' version. I'm assuming it's going to need a few miles to see how it really feels.

I have unleashed and ajp tunes for my car. Both have served me well. Unleashed has great customer support. Torrie will answer an email within 5 mins almost any time of day. Albeit usually quick answers but he will answer you. **** he bailed me out one time at near 2am. I currently run ajp’s tunes on my car now. The car feels much much happier to be honest. I’m making basically the same power on 93 at less boost. Brad works with you explains everything he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He listens to your suggestions and your wants. Now does he answer an email in 5 mins? No he doesn’t. But the next day you will get a well thought out email about what going on. I can’t wait until we start to turn it up on 110 octane or e30.
