Livernois tune delay?

Last week I ordered the mycal tuner with stage 2-4+. Revived the device yesterday and followed the instructions to get ECU numbers. I got all that done and the info emailed to the tuning@livernois. I was wondering how long others have waited for theirs to be emailed or if I should contact them.

I got my tune back the same day I emailed them I believe.
