Little round thing

Whats the little round cap just to the left of the throttle body and to the right of the intake manifold? It's about 1 inch in diameter and faces you if you are facing the car. Mine is corroded! Thanks!

I think that you are referring to the IAC or Idle Air Control Valve. It has a connector hooked up to it and it is inside the intake area on the opposite side of the Throttle Body. The outside of the unit will get corroded because it is aluminum, but it is the inside that you should worry about. Does your car idle properly? If so, it is more than likely fine.
