You and me both.
The only HID lights that I know of, are several people that custom made headlights using Piaa inserts.
I highly applaud them and think they look great, but I don't know if I would do that on my own car. I would like the adjustability of a professionally made headlight assembly.
As for side marker lights, you can find these on ebay. There are two companies that make clear side lights and most people agree that the fit and finish is good. I have a set myself, but haven't got around to installing them. I can't voice an opinion on the fit, but they look like a well made part.
As for HID tail lights, I'm assuming that you mean HID reverse lights? If you want actual HID tail light, I'm going to scream RICE

Not only that, but I only hope that a officer never gets behind you and you touch the breaks

There are no companies that I know of that make any aftermarket lights for the rear of the SHO.
Then only thing that I can think of, is someone on ebay that sells an overlay with the letters "SHO" that you stick to the 3rd brake light. When you touch the brakes, it illuminates the SHO lettering. Personally, I think that kind of stuff is ****, but to each their own.
One last thing, I'm pretty certain that a few months back, there was an attempt to get APC or the same company on ebay that decided to make clear corners, to start production of SHO HID headlights. The companies reply was something on the lines of, they feel there is not enough potential customers to give them reason to make the Headlights. In simple terms, they would loose money.
I know this is a long winded reply, but I've done a little research on this topic and wanted to share what I know.
Thanks. Scott
