I'm sure most of y'all have dealt with me and my myriad of problems with this 91, but while the parts are waiting to be installed let's look at the interior and what it might need.

So these pedals and shift **** need to go. Probably the center console too.

Not pictured is the under the wheel trim piece hanging and missing screws, and the trunks hacked up wiring. Its gonna take a bit to get the audio back up to par. Also, the seats may need a little tlc:

That's alot of work. That shift **** looks familiar. Must have been a forum member at some point. Those gauge overlays were popular many years ago. That leather is toast. You either have to get it recovered or find replacement pieces.

The radio bezel I have will fill that spot and allow you to put a radio back in. The vent just snaps in IIRC. Pedals could be glued or screwed on. Shift **** is easy, are you getting a new one with the rod shifter? White faced guages are just overlays and should come out pretty easily. The hole in the sunroof console is an access to manually crank it, only available on the gen 1s. There is a plastic piece that turns in there. I had to put some putty on mine to make it stay in tight. It's going to be tough to find those 'a' pillar trim pieces, you may have to try and repair.

Is this thing 73k or 173? Look for that post with the junkyard full of SHO's in the classifieds and see what interior pieces you can come up with. I wonder if oem rubber pedal replacements are still floating around out there?

I would take Irish up on that. Great pieces that old are tough to come by.

I'm not sure about the vents still just popping in. In theory that should be the case but, every time I touch mine even to change the air angle on the vent, I am afraid the damn thing will break. The louvers where they attach to the vent sides are brittle as **** now.

Get in touch with SV&HODan for all the missing things. The cars in the northern reaches will have better plastic and leather.

But a lot of the plastic can be repaired and refinished, it just won't look like it was originally, but it can still look good.

The GenI interior has a lot of nice features, the GenII interior seating surfaces can be interchanged but are not as nice in my opinion.
The half leather, half cloth interior seating holds up a lot better, on the full leather those dots tend to connect and open up.
The ideal response for the interior is to have it recovered, but that will be the most expensive option.

And those white gauges don't look bad (to me at least), and you either need to clean up the rheostat or replace some bulbs in the display.

Judging from the wear I'm thinking 73k. The car sat for about 10 years I believe. I think the a pillar pieces run all the way to the back and are standard pieces so I should be ok there. The front seats are in very good shape. I think between Timbo and Irish yall have most of the stuff I need! I appreciate all the help!

I have never seen that option on Gen 1's. Is this something that can be done a Gen 2 as well? Would be nice to know if we can hand crank it open/closed if the motor failed

Ford made the seats. Black dash I believe is common among the taurii. I found an upholstery shop that says that can fix cracked dashes. I'll talk to them and see.

That's really hard to read my man. Please use punctuation and correct grammar. Not trying to be an ass, but if we cant understand what you're saying it makes it a bit harder.

This is why I stopped trying to be grammar police. Your English is way better than my anything in non English. Everybody is welcome here and we should be happy to have good owners post. Don't let that sort of stuff keep you from asking or sharing. Happy New Year to you as well.

Je parle français un peu. I took French in high school, but it was long ago. Your English is fine. Just needs a little punctuation! Where you from? French-canadian? Straight up French?
