I replaced all my factory bulbs to LED's and puddle lights from drivebright.com. They are a nice upgrade but are somewhat a pain in the ass to put in since they aren't exactly like the stock ones.

I know the front DRLs require some additional wiring because of the added functionality, but are the puddle lamps plug n play at least?

I already had the drl's when I bought the car. They are plug and play but they are a pain in the ass to wedge in because they have the ends at the top of the puddle lamps instead of the side.

Could someone tell me when the puddle lights are supposed to come on? I have not noticed them ever illuminated on our SHO.

Those with the LED upgrade are VERY noticeable, and bright, to say the least.

Puddle lights come on anytime you lock or unlock your doors, or when you first shut your car off and it's nighttime.

You bought the car with LED, DRls already installed? That's crazy because these lights just became available about a month ago. Hard to imagine someone going through all the trouble to buy & install these then sell a month later.

Yes the light bar at the very bottom of front bumper as you can see in my member pic to the left.

I apologize I just looked at your pic. You have the stock lights that come on with the headlights. Not the aftermarket true LED DRLs that are always on and very bright during the day.

yeh they do only come on when the headlights are on. Where do you buy the aftermarket ones and how much are they?

Do you have the part numbers you used? I was looking at the side markers in the headlight housing on mine but looked like a PITA to change.
