Been thinking about it, but my lenses are so 'frosty' they really just need to be replaced. I dont think silverstars would help that much :oogle:

Yo Daddy, if you've got access to a decent set of polishing supples you can fix those lenses. I hit mine with a 2000 grit, then 2500 grit and followed that with Meguiar's Medium Cut Cleaner on a foam pad and D/A polisher. A little wax seals the deal and you are good to go.
I did the same thing with the tails and they look great.

I think its all outside... if you take a rag with some rubbing alcohol and wipe down the lenses it leaves them crystal clear.....TILL THEY DRY! lol

I think you might have chosen the perfect time of day to shoot your SHO. Very nice shots.

well the top pics were taken with a cheap I think 2MP digital camara. The engine shots and the photos Im going to take next weekend after a good bath are going to be done with a Canon 350D (8.1MP) cousins camara that Im totally inlove with! Its making me break down and pay close to $1000 for a camara ... sucks! :oogle:

SHO-DADDY you can get a new set of headlights of ebay for about $100 for the pair, maybe cheaper. Thats what I did cause mine were hazed over and they look a hundred times better. Also, don't waste money on the Silverstar's, for $20 you can get a pair of Sylvania Cool Blue bulbs that put off bright white light, rather than the blueish color by Silverstars. They look great with my new headlights. Just a suggestion.

Hey, post a picture of those bulbs so we can see the light ( did I just say that, see the light), you know what I mean. I have the silverstars and am interested to see the others. Let me see if I can get some of mine.

I took some pics tonight. They're at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2131732/1 Tough to see the color of the light in the pictures, but in person they look bright white. The headlights look like euro lights and in person look really good. Too bad I didn't have time to clean up the rest of the car! Headlights were definitely worth the money. I love ebay.

both you guys are on stock springs, right? and neither one is strut tab hacked either, right? Why is crixtopher's a good deal lower than sho daddys? (Looking at the wheel gap) Mine is just like sho daddys. Which is the ONLY thing I don't like about mine. I have seed others that are totally stock which have the smaller wheel gap as with crixtophers. Anyone know whats the deal?
By the way, those are two very good looking shos! Gotta love the whiteys!

One reason is the different years had different springs. the '96 and '97s had the tallest = stiffest springs.

thanks David,

honestly I never noticed until you pointed it out. and ofcourse sometimes the angle of the photo makes it a little deceiving too. neither gap is something desirable I guess, and as you can see I put the info in my sig in hopes that it would help speed up my process of getting it lowered to take care of that. I thought about trying to do it myself or with someone that has done it before but I'd rather pay someone to do it honestly. I'm kind of holding out to see if I get this raise at work then I am going to treat myself to a bonus :)
