Lapeer Drag Race Day - May 17th

The Annual Spring Lapeer Dragway Day is on Saturday May 17th at Lapeer Dragway.

Saturdays are Test-N-Tune, and for $25 you can get a LOT of runs in. Please
note that a helmet is required for all cars running. Any helmet will do, and
they also rent helmets at the track for $5. Long pants (jeans or the like) are required on the track.

The track opens at Noon, and is open until 5-6 PM or so (depends on crowds, it seems!).

After, we can meet at a family place to eat at (if interest is there)

This is always a fun meet, plus I am hoping for a few TCCoA Tbirds and Cougars to show up.

I am brining my new V8 Thunderbird, so no, it doesn't have to be a SHO. Its a test and tune day, so you can get Ford Festivas all the way up to 9 second monsters.

the slo is the one im talking about. it will be completely in peices. i will have the 04, but dont know if i feel like putting that many miles on my parents car.

Awesome! We have some interest going on TCCA and TCCoA. Should be a good time with the variety of Fords showing up.
