Alright, before anyone suggests it, I'VE DONE THE SEARCH! All the old threads are like years old and none of the pics in the threads are operational. I'm considering getting a set of Koni inserts for my 91 Plus, and put my Tokico/Eibach combo on my 89 Titanium...BUT, I want to see how much labor is involved in the cutting and installation of the inserts. If it's more than I have time to delve into myself, I'll probably just do Tokicos and Intrax for the more aggressive ride. Thanks ahead of time.

you have to cut the tops of the strut housing off to remove the guts, then you have to drill ***** in the bottom of the strut housing

nothing real hard... but it might take a minute or two, and the smell is delicious

theres a basic idea, you can see the hole in the bottom and how it sits in the front

for the top you just go down about 1/2 an inch or so and cut a ring around it

We do a lot of these and it takes a little time to do it right. No pictures, but we do offer the strut/spring packages with installation. There's a trick that we use when installing to get the least amount of negative camber. As you set the car down on the springs, the camber goes farther negative. The way we install the cartridges, it keeps this to a min.

Since you're here in Atlanta, stop in some time.

here's mine, not really that hard, a really big pipe cutter works great to cut the struts

and before you align the car make sure you drill out the spot welds on the front mounting plates, helps with the alignment

Check over on TCCA...there is a guy on there...Rudedog...Rudy. He has a couple of long threads from some builds that he has done and he goes through the koni process. I tried to copy and paste for you but am having a problem
