Just bought a solid sunshade how to install?

I just got a sun shade for my GEN2 (94) which didn't have one before. I tried to install today, but can only get one side on track. Do I have to remove anything to get it in? Im afraid to bend it because I know they are few and far between to get one. Its in excellent shape too. Any help is always appreciated.

It is best to remove the glass panel & then flex SS to reinstall from top. 6 screws, 3 in each lifter arm, the glass frm holes are sloted for adj so put em back in same spot if SR is adj correct.
