Pays to double check... Week back I dropped off my fresh css closed deck new oem block and was told it was slightly out of round. So she got out a quick little hone. Now all that needs done is the mains need double checked as in not leaving anything to doubt then assembly and from there it'll spiral into assembly pretty quick! Block and heads are decked so maybe gain a tiny tiny bit of compression also.

Typical SBS skepticism! Nah, I have no concerns for the structural integrity of it. These are plenty thick and majority of the material that looks like it was taken off is just me cleaning up the two layers of paint with the sanding wheel.

Hey it’s pretty common to shave the calipers down to fit smaller wheels. I think it’ll be fine and mission accomplished on fitting a 17, going with the smallest and lightest wheels possible
