jackstands

Can anyone tell me the best loaction to put jackstands under the car when removing the starter?

I put mine on the portion of the subframe just behind the tires not to the rear (well there is no subframe to the rear). The subframe is strong there, it fits in a jackstand perfectly and is very stable.
